INVOICES AND BILL PAYMENT
Fees will be paid by standing order at the beginning of every month. The price of the session is multiplied by the 39 lessons that we have through the year (September to September) and divided by 12months of the year. Dates will be given at the beginning of each academic year. This means that payments are every month of the year and will be the same every month. Fees will be payable in advance. The school reserves the right to add 20% to each subsequent bill that has to be represented due to a late payment (this includes notice required to discontinue lessons, uniform and all examination fees). If any other payments are required (shows, exams, competitions, costumes etc.) you will be notified via email that they are due with a payment due date, amount due and what it is for. All lessons will be paid for in advance at the beginning of every month and any absences will need to be paid for and cannot be refunded. Payment still needs to be made for lessons not attended as your child takes a place in the class/group even if they are not present. One half terms notice and payment is required should you or your child/children wish to discontinue lessons at ‘starlight kids’ even if your child does not attend their final sessions. Prices will be changed according to level and length of sessions. The school reserves the right to change or alter the prices at its discretion. The school reserves the right to refuse any future lessons to those who do not pay their bills as requested.

Examinations/medals are optional. Pupils will be put forwards for the exams at the teacher’s discretion when they have achieved the appropriate standard/level. On taking the exam/medal they will receive a certificate and plaque, though these can take a few weeks to come through. We consider the exam/medals tests to be an important part of their development as they are a good incentive and help to give our pupils a real sense of achievement.
